Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Invoxa’s invoicing and messaging services (“Services”), operated by Invoxa Ltd (“Invoxa”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales.
1. The Services
Invoxa provides tools to create and send invoices, payment links, and related notifications by email and SMS. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited bulk communications (“spam”), or to infringe third-party rights. You must comply with applicable laws, including marketing and telecom rules in the jurisdictions where you message customers.
4. Fees and trials
Paid plans, free trials, and billing terms are described at checkout and in your account. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Third-party services
Payments, messaging, and hosting may rely on third-party providers (for example payment processors and SMS aggregators). Their terms and policies may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party failures outside our reasonable control.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss where permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
